Announcements:

1. At this time Dr Freas is not accepting new patients to the practice.  This will keep waiting times lower for those who are already on their panels, and will ensure the highest quality of care. 

2. We are located in the Anne Arundel Medical Center Building.  Please check out the DIRECTIONS tab or CONTACT OFFICE tab for more details.    Call 410-721-1507 if you have specific questions.

3. Remember that the E-mail address below is not meant for emergencies, nor is it meant for personal medical communications, since it is not secure/encrypted for your privacy.  Enrolling with "MyChart" the new e-mail chart access is the best way to contact us electronically.  The front staff will help you enroll. 

4. When you schedule a physical we often order blood tests which can usually be done here in the building.  Please don't eat breakfast the morning of your check-up. 

5. There are some extra fees at times.  For example, $25 may be charged for filling out forms if you don't bring them with you during your visit.  DOT/CDL physicals are charged $95.  If you are here for your regular physical and all you need is the form filled out, we charge $25 for the form completion.  There may be a charge for a scheduled visit that is missed, if you don't contact us ahead of time.  There may be a fee for copying charts.  Please see the Records release form to send records to another doctor. 

6. We now do our charting electronically.  This is a strong tool for keeping tabs on medical history, medications, lab tests, and current evidence-based medical guidelines.  Be prepared to see the doctors walk in the examining room, computers in hand!
